RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will be pleased with your order, but when you receive it, if you find that it wasnʼt quite what you want; you are welcome to return it.
New, unused, undamaged items may be returned within 15 days after the item was delivered, for a refund of the original purchase price of the item. (Shipping and handling fees not included.) We are only able to receive returns shipped back via UPS. Refunds will be made to your original source of funding. (Paypal or credit card.)
Before returning an order, email us at sales@forhappydogs.com, to request a return authorization number so that we will be able to process your refund in a most efficient manner.
To return an order:
1. Carefully repack the product in the box it was shipped in, along with all parts and papers (assembly instructions, warranty, etc.,) that came in the box with the product. Reseal box securely.

Insure the order; if it is damaged during the
trip back to us, we cannot issue a refund; you are responsible for the
UPS damage claim. Please provide us with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 20 business days from the time we receive your return, for your refund to be processed. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up in your account balance: it varies from bank to bank.
